The newly renovated historic Plunge swimming pool at the Wave House now offers the premiere aquatic drag resistance fitness equipment and programs from Aqualogix. San Diego, CA (PRWEB) May 1, 2006 — Aqualogix Inc. and the Wave House Athletic Club today announced their new aquatic fitness-training schedule and Aqualogix Master Training program. Aqualogix (as seen on NBC ”Made in the USA”) has developed multiple aquatic fitness training programs centered on their total body fitness system, which will be featured at the newly renovated historic Plunge swimming pool located in Mission Beach.
The Plunge has Southern California’s largest indoor swimming pool. Aqualogix has coveted this venue due to Wave House’s commitment to having the most innovative and highest quality aquatic fitness equipment and training programs for their members. Lisa Virtue, the Plunge’s Aquatic Director, launched the Aqualogix Strength class on April 17, 2006 – a non-aerobic class focused on using low impact to increase muscular strength.

The versatile total body fitness system has three resistance levels that can accommodate children, adults, seniors, de-conditioned and rehabilitation individuals, fitness enthusiasts, fitness professionals and sports-specific conditioning. Additional classes such as Aqualogix Power Sculpting, Aqualogix Cardio and Aqualogix for Kids will be offered summer 2006.
On May 12th & 13th Aqualogix will be teaching their Master Training Program at the Plunge. This class is designed for all aquatics and fitness trainers that would like to incorporate Aqualogix into their training programs. This training will consist of two pool and two classroom sessions. Certified Aqualogix trainers can generate additional income by becoming an affiliate of Aqualogix. Affiliate information will be provided at end of the course.
